Mai-Britt Søndberg

Mai-Britt Soendbergis an accomplished HR executive with over two decades of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as Head of HR for Europe at Siemens Energy, she leads a team of 110+ HR professionals across 40+ countries, supporting approximately 35,000 employees. Her leadership is instrumental in driving large-scale transformations, including the integration of Siemens Gamesa and the implementation of a new Target Operating Model.
Mai-Britt is recognized as a strategic HR partner, leadership coach, and culture transformer. Her career spans senior roles at Siemens, Maersk Oil, KPMG, FLSmidth, and Oracle, where she has led global initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and workforce transformation. She is certified in multiple coaching and assessment methodologies, including NLP, MBTI, Belbin, and Predictive Index.
